"We are aware that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor isn't performing to our standards for a percentage of our PC players," reads an excerpt from the tweet.

The company noted that players on high-end PCs or those using "certain specific configurations" were experiencing the bulk of the issues, but also mentioned that even users on low-end machines were still encountering frame rate problems.

Electronic Arts promised that it's working on a fix for these issues and that it will continue to monitor the game's performance, not just on PC, but across all platforms. "We are committed to fixing these issues as soon as possible," EA said, but it did not specify when to expect an update for the PC version.

Jedi: Survivor had a substantial day-one patch that went live earlier today, which included bug fixes, performance improvements, and other features.

On Steam, Jedi: Survivor is being review-bombed, resulting in a "Mostly Negative" overall status (with over 2,100 reviews). Most of the negative reviews blame the game's poor performance on PC.
